Arkansans can show support of the Arkansas 4-H program by purchasing a 4-H distinctive license plate. Of the $35 registration fee, $25 is donated to Arkansas 4-H. You will receive a postcard from Arkansas 4-H Foundation to use as a record for your tax deduction.
Since 2003, the simple practice of getting an Arkansas 4-H specialty license tag has generated thousands of dollars going directly towards scholarships for Arkansas 4-H youth.

You may purchase a plate at any time during the year. If you choose to purchase your license plate at a time other than your annual tag renewal period, you will be required to pay the full tag renewal fee again during your renewal period.
Can I personalize my 4-H license plate?
Plate numbers are produced consecutively and issued randomly. The state of Arkansas does not allow personalization of distinctive license plates and does not honor requests for specific plate numbers.
