Arkansas 4-H reaches 120,000 youth annually! Offering free, hands-on learning in every county, 4-H empowers youth to explore topics like art, agriculture, health, science, and civic engagement.

The Arkansas 4-H Foundation raises money to fund scholarships, events, and programs to build a lasting legacy for Arkansas youth.

Nationally, 4-H's “learn by doing” model reaches six million members, helping youth become:

  • 4x more likely to give back to their communities
  • 2x more likely to make healthier choices
  • 5x more likely to graduate college

Planned Giving

Make a lasting impact with Arkansas 4-H Youth Development through an estate gift. Gifts are typically funded with cash, securities or property, and are a long-term partnership between donors and the Arkansas 4-H Foundation. This type of gift provides support throughout the state, as well as valuable tax benefits to the donor. Opportunities to make an impact through planned gifts to the Arkansas 4-H Foundation include:

  • Bequests through a will or trust
  • Designating the Arkansas 4-H Foundation as the beneficiary of a bank account, brokerage account, retirement plan or life insurance policy
  • Utilizing a gift model such as a charitable gift annuity, charitable remainder trust or charitable IRA rollover
